November 2020 Market Update

HERE'S YOUR NORTHERN ILLINOIS NOVEMBER 2020 MARKET UPDATE

McHenry County: Home sales month over month dipped by about 22.5%. However, we experienced an almost equal increase (~21.5%) compared to November of 2019.

Lake County: Home sales month over month also declined by about 21%. But, they about doubled in November of this year compared to November of last year.

Cook County: As in McHenry & Lake Counties, home sales fell about 21% from October. That said, November saw a 28% increase in homes sold compared to November 2019.

With winter approaching and the holidays just around the corner, we are seeing another dip in inventory. Both new listings and months supply have fallen from October.
